MCD is an acronym for "Mallet-Consolidation-Decapod."
Yeah, I numbered it after NCTM's 2-8-0 that's being rebuilt.
Here's the specifications... (Using short tons.)
Note: The tender is the same "Centipede" model used on Union Pacific Big Boys/Challengers/FEF's.
